The real story of this shop begins with my mom. 

My mom was the best mom, but I am biased, as most people are. Growing up I was always creating, inventing, making. I can hardly recall a time where my mom wasn’t there helping me achieve my wildest visions for school projects, no matter how small or how large. She never once told me my ideas were too big to be accomplished.

Shortly after she turned 50, my mom suffered a stroke that significantly impacted her mobility and her ability to read and write. Whenever she was having a particularly bad day, we would pull out Yahtzee and, without fail, it would lift her spirits. The prettiest Yahtzee was 5 sixes. 

Life hasn’t been easy for me, and this passion project is my Yahtzee. It’s equal parts a distraction, a hobby, and a dream. Let’s see where it can go.
