Eye of needle is designed and created by Wendy Beer.

She was born and raised in Sooke BC where her family has been for seven generations. She is a self taught designer, bead weaver and metalsmith whose work is a reclamation and exploration of her mixed Indigenous and European family heritage, as well as being inspired by her experience growing up on Vancouver Island.
